This NEWLY RENOVATED town house is the perfect setting for you to rest, while taking in the incredible 30A ocean view. Enjoy the convenience of easy access to the beach and the short walk to the sand. The location is close to all of the luxurious spots along 30A--and close to the best restaurants and shopping. After enjoying a great day, you can return to your very own private deck and enjoy the tranquil ocean views for sunset.

We have a dedicated property management team to help you as well as a 24/7 emergency number for anything that may arise during your beach getaway!

Seagrove, FL

Step right out to the sand and enjoy super convenient beach access! A beautiful state park beach area is only a few minutes to the east. You also get access to the grill and picnic area on property!

This property includes 2 parking spaces, a whole closet of beach toys, a private deck, amazing views, another deck off of the master bedroom, a second bedroom with lots of space. Everything has high end finishes, from solid wood doors, framed art tvs, gorgeous textiles, and clean, crisp design.

Parking: the carport is located directly under our unit. It can fit 2 cars behind each other. Please do not block or park under the other units or along the outer edge of the parking lot. During high season, cars not parked under their unit are subject to be towed.

Rent a car in Panama City Beach or Destin if you fly into the area. There are great bike rentals, Stand Up Paddle Board rentals, a mile from the property.

Something Blue 30A is the perfect combination of a relaxing location with easy access to the beach.

We loved the space and the easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately check in was a little difficult because we didn’t get a welcome email but we were able to connect with the host once we arrived and he got us in contact with the property management company so we could get into the condo. The townhouse is beautiful and just perfect for our loud and rowdy toddlers. We enjoy the balconies each night and being so close to the sound of the waves

The home was perfect for our family vacation! We appreciated the pack and play and many beach toys and accessories (chairs/umbrellas). Great views, close to the beach, and can get to Seaside in 10 minutes!

Perfect location for a relaxing girls weekend away

We stayed at this location for a short weekend trip to celebrate our friend getting married. The home was even better than the pictures and I am seriously interested in booking Jordan’s home for a second stay! Cannot recommend enough how amazing this place is!

Amazing!

My daughter and two small grandsons stayed for three nights in this beautiful condo the week after Christmas. The location is perfect and the townhouse is newly renovated and decorated beautifully. We’ve been coming to 30a twice a year for 20+ years and this was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. A couple of small things that could make it even better is a hair dryer in the unit; Also, none of the lamps worked in the bunk room, but I think it’s a simple fix of charging the batteries. There were Samsung Frame tvs in the living room and bedrooms, a closet downstairs with chairs and beach toys that we enjoyed, and brand new appliances. Everything was so fresh and clean and I would love to stay again.
