Blue Bungalow is surrounded by serenity with beautiful live oaks on a spacious corner lot! It is in walking distance to the beach & includes a 6-seater golf cart to browse around town. Stained concrete floors on the ground floor with a master suite plus a guest bedroom & open family room as well as an additional laundry area make this ground level living space functional. A screened in porch, open brick patio sitting area, and huge open deck with an outdoor shower make this perfect for group gatherings or a little R&R. The 2nd level features gorgeous teak floors with tongue and groove ceilings and abundant light coming through windows that look out over the mature magnolia and oak trees. This is an open floor plan with a huge dining and entertaining area. Primary living is on the 2nd floor with a newly updated kitchen that includes a large island and pantry, as well as a convenient laundry area.

Parties, events, smoking, & pets are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The house was perfect. It has all you could need and more. It is perfect for a family with kids. Ours loved the sunroom with the trundle beds. We loved the golf cart and short distance to the beach. The pool is big and nicely shaded for parts of the day. The grounds are beautiful with all the foliage and wrap around porch. Although we didn’t use it much because of our shorter trip hang an extra refrigerator in the garage for pool and beach drinks is a great bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Thank you!

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at Sea & Stay! Beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed. Great use of space and true bedding for 12. Nice easy walk down to the beach or use of the golf cart. Beach area is gorgeous and not overly crowded, which was wonderful. You’re not walking to restaurants, so if you’re looking for that, stay further down 30A or Seaside. It is easy to hop on the golf cart and go to restaurants or drive down to Seaside. Would definitely stay again!
