BOUTIQUE Beach Condo located on the panoramic 30A Highway. Just 3 minutes walk from the Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald-Green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping up to 6, this condo has all you could want & more for your beach vacation!

This condominium is located in a beautiful community and sleeps up to 6 with a master suite, two twin beds in a bunk snug & sleeper sofa in the lounge. 400 thread-count bedding and luxury cotton towels are provided throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished, so if you prefer a night in you can cook to your heart's desire. For the rainy days, 2 TVs provided in both the lounge and master bedroom, with ROKU devices for your use and convenience.

Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the furnished balcony. Take a dip in one of the two pools (one of which is heated seasonally!). Spend time on the complimentary tennis courts (with tennis rackets provided) or cook out in the outdoor grill area. There are coin laundromat facilities on site, as well as free parking and high speed internet access for your convenience.
