Relax with the whole family at the completely renovated and professionally decorated beachside condo in the heart of Seagrove beach. The condo is in the Boutique Resort Beachside Villas. This three bedrooms, two bathroom condo is tastefully designed for a luxurious yet cozy feel. There are all new ROKU TVs in every room. There are black out curtains to sleep in. However, you may want to catch the eastward facing spectacular morning coffee sun rise views. The condo is close to one of the two pools on the property. You will be just a two-minute walk to the pristine white sand and emerald water of the Gulf. There is an umbrella and 4 backpack chairs for your use. There is a golf cart concierge for transportation to and from the beach. The property hosts tennis and pickle ball courts. There are golf-cart charging stations if you would like to rent a golf-cart too. Uniquely, this property has access to the beautiful coastal Eastern Lake. This lake is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Kids can wade in the lake and jump the waves within feet of each other. You can truly do it all at this location. The unit is south of 30A and on the 17 miles of the scenic 30A bike paths. You will be 5 miles to Rosemary and 3 miles to Seaside and in middle of all the action. Also, you will be just 1 mile to the Big Chill for an evening of fun. It is conveniently located just south of the Old Florida Fish House for a night out of dining and fun. It is located near Deer Lake State Park. This 17,000 acre park hosts fantastic walking trails. It is a wild life santuary and full of picturesque scenery. You will enjoy your stay.

Perfect location in between Seaside and Rosemary. Short walk or quick trip on free beach shuttle to the beach. Tennis and pickleball courts were a bonus as well as bikes to rent already on the racks in the neighborhood. Make sure to walk to dinner at the famous Old Florida Fish house! Small condo but packed with lots of beds, 2 super clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! You can't go wrong!

This property was lovely! It’s near a lot of great restaurants and so easy to get to the beach. The hosts were extremely kind. We had several questions regarding the property and area and they were always quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful ! Nice pool , close to the beach. The condo was perfect for 2 moms and their 2 adult daughters. The condo was as expected and we totally enjoyed our stay ! Highly recommend!

Panhandle Perfection

Beachside Dreams was the perfect pick for our family. The condo itself is beautiful. Nancy is kind and responsive. There was a bed for each of our six kids (no one was stuck on a sleeper sofa). The beach entrance at the end of San Roy is an easy 5-minute walk (or you can ride the beach trolley). There is a small inlet between Eastern Lake and the Gulf which creates the ideal place for kids to wade, sit in the water, splash & play, or float down the “river”. Publix is a short drive for supplies, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball court adjacent to the building. I highly recommend Beachside Dreams for your next beach vacation!

Great trip; clean condo; comfy beds

The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive. We usually stay in Seaside, but the beach was even closer than renting a house and the cost was significantly cheaper. The mattresses were new (I’ve slept on a lot of old mattresses when visiting the beach…) and the host was very responsive. We’re already looking to book here again!

Great Vacation

Excellent vacation house and wonderful condo by the water for me and my family! Bad weather didn’t slow us down, lots to do in the surrounding areas! Close proximity to the beach, updated and nice appliances, and comfy beds! A huge thank you to John and Nancy Boyle for the fantastic time!
