Lovely bungalow in the best part of Gran Alacant.

The house has three floors:

- The first floor has a living/dining room, a kitchen with all utensils and appliances: washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.; a toilet and a terrace for enjoying the area's fine weather.

- The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a double bed) and a full bathroom.

- The top floor is a sun terrace with a barbecue for enjoying the area's fine weather.



The house has all the comforts for an unbeatable stay. Bed linen (clean sheets), towels, tablecloths, an iron and a hairdryer are also provided.



The location is perfect: just 300 metres from the beach (awarded a Blue Flag by the Valencian Community) and 10 minutes from Alicante Airport. A restaurant complex is also very close by. Small shops are nearby, and a tourist train and a local bus take you to a shopping centre with supermarkets.



Opposite is Clot de Galvany nature reserve, ideal for hiking and cycling.

A fantastic family holiday

Pros: Thr beach is just around the corner and this is what we wanted as we don't like sitting at the pool all day. There is a communal pool but it is mostly occupied by the residents or other guests. Also the host was super nice and recommended a taxi driver who would come to pick us up whenever we needed. The house was nice and cosy, had everything that we needed, AC and Wi-fi. The water at the beach was amazing, clear, you could see small fish swimming next to you. There are also many restaurants to eat out. If you don't like to eat out there is a small grocery store 9 min walking from the house or you could take a taxi to get to lidl or aldi. We really enjoy our stay. Cons: To be honest only one thing could be improved in the house - the matrraces. The beds were hard as rock and it was very difficult to sleep on them for all of us. It would be good if these were replaced. Otherwise I cannot complain.
