Luxurious, historical villa "La Califfa", detached, built in 1955, renovated. 1.5 km from the centre of Santa Marinella, 8 km from the centre of Civitavecchia, 72 km from the centre of Roma, residential area (villas), 5 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Santa Marinella" 2.5 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky beach 5 m.
