Nichts für Hunde

Alles sehr schön! Wenn man ohne Hund ist. Leider durfte man zwar einen Hund mitnehmen doch am Besten sollte man ihn im Auto lassen. Weder auf den Rasen, könnte ja gelbe Flecken geben. Noch in den Pool, könnte ja Filter verstopfen. In der Wohnung auch sehr strenge Regeln wäre einfacher gewesen zu schreiben was der Hund darf anstatt was nicht. Um das Haus herum sehr viel Verkehr und keine Gehwege daher schlecht fürs spazieren gehen. Für Familien mit Kinder ist es echt top!

Wir waren als Familie dort (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (1, 4, 5 Jahre). Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, gerne wieder. Das Casa Cinzia ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die Wohnung ist sehr modern und der Garten mit Pool für die Kinder einfach ein Traum.

Stukje paradijs in Toscanië

Wat een fantastisch appartement. We hebben hier de perfecte plek gevonden om volledig te ontstressen. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor je je direct thuis voelt. Het absolute hoogtepunt is het zwembad met het adembenemend uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels - het is de ideale plek om te genieten van de pure rust - een echte aanrader. Het dorpje Santa Maria a Monte is eerder klein maar een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, ...

Casa Cinzia

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Und war auch gut ausgestattet in Sachen Küchenutensilien. Nachts muss man die Klimaanlage laufen lassen, weil die Straße bisschen laut ist. Der Pool war das Highlight. Waren wir jeden Tag drin. Und die Nachbarn waren auch super nett. Und geben gerne Tipps, wo man Ausflüge machen kann.

Pfingsturlaub 2025

Sehr schöne Wohnung es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist ganz nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche das Wasser ist schlecht abgelaufen der Abfluss war verstopft, den Vermieter angeschrieben es wurde innerhalb 10 min erledigt. Schlüsselübergabe hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Pool. Zu bemängeln ist nur die enge Zufahrt auf die Parkplätze. Wir waren mit einem VW Golf Komi unterwegs.

Une vue extraordinaire à l'arrivée! Des propriétaires très aimables à votre accueil. Tout est neuf et de belle qualité , beaucoup de vaisselle pour tous usages , tout confort: WiFi super électroménager lave vaisselle et cuisinière pro , bonne literie , belle salles de bain avec douches cabines modernes et même une buanderie avec machine à laver ! Proche de Pise ,de Florence et de Sienne. Parking 2 places mais très étroit pour manœuvrer avec un SUV et sortie avec peu de visibilité .Ciao

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Perfekt. Bis Pisa/Lucca/Florenz/Stand sind es 20-50 km zu fahren. Wir haben zwei mal die Bahn benuzt. Sehr gute Verbindungen von der Bahn. Gerne kommen wir wieder in diese Ferienwohnung zurück. Für Kleinkinder und größere Kinder geeignet.

Wir mussten Nachts die Fenster schliessen und mit Oropax schlaffen. Zudem ist das Mehrfamilienhaus ringhörig und die anderen Bewohner sehr gut hörbar. Der Garten und Salzwasserpool ist top. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf bietet alles für den Alltag. Top Ausgangsort für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Livorno und Pisa.

Sommerurlaub pur

Die Ferienwohnung Casa Cinzia hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen traumhaften Sommerurlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, sodass uns 2 Stellplätze hinter dem Haus und der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung standen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir möglicherweise die ersten Mieter waren. Einzig ein Staubsauger fehlte, man fegt und wischt.
