Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. The entrance opens onto the elegant living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, two featuring a queen-size bed, one of which also boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a single bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. Two more bathrooms with shower complete the layout.



The living room and one of the double rooms boast access to the large garden complete with a dining table and relaxation areas, where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.
