The Hotel is located in the town centre which is really fantastic. However, the children younger than 12 years old, can’t use their swimming pool and spa which makes your stay complicated if you come with family. Breakfast options are pretty poor, even espresso is not properly done. The personnel is ok, they speak all major languages so this part is really great. My recommendation for the management is to spend slightly more money on maintenance and improvement of the hotel - it will pays off very well. It wouldn’t require huge increases in spending, but would make things much better for the guests. Thanks very much.

This is a beautiful restored historic hotel. My room was small twin bed single room, perfect for one traveler. I had beautiful outdoor space on a terrace outside my room. Breakfast was included, had everything I needed. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient to the train station, the ferries, the buses, shopping and restaurants. And very close to the beach!

Nice hotel, with lovely staff in the perfect location and easy access to the town centre, the beach, lovely restaurants and easy transportation to portofino or Cinque Terre. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The one downside was the cost of parking at 38 Euros per night. Apart from that the hotel was lovely.

In a very nice location. Steps away from everything the town has to offer but not stuck in the middle of it. No traffic on the streets adjacent so quieter than other areas. Only thing that could be improved is the floor of the shower. It’s very slick so a bit of a hazard.

Beautiful Hotel, clean, close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with delicious fresh fruit! Chiara gave great restaurant recommendations and Bettina was super helpful with rental car issue. All staff super hospitable and kind. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!

Best hotel in the region

Second time staying here and that is for this reason, this place is great, best hotel in the region, a bit off the main drag in a good way, steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, cafe etc. the staff is amazing the breakfast is actually pretty decent by Italian standards.
