Room was dull and with a window facing dirty brick/rendered wall 30cm away…old bathroom and poorly maintained room. Overall not happy at all, very dated and overpriced hotel for what it is. I guess it’s the location, which is OK but not WOW.

The bathroom was very very small if you accidentally tripped coming out of the shower you would have fallen into the bidday . I broke a finger nail and lost skin trying to open up the fridge which was pushed into a cupboard making it near impossible to open the fridge door. Very hard to find parking at any given time of the day at the accomodation. Very poor amenities in the rooms and the view I had was lacking!

All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way).

This was not a hotel, only 6 bedrooms in a one floor, no sign of the Hotel's name outside. It was difficult to find the place. no additional services. it was clean, but felt unsafe. I won't recommend it.
