The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

Stayed here for 5 nights on a cycling holiday. Reception staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble. I stayed in room 410 which was spacious, clean and had a sea view. I would have liked a more up to date tv. One that I could cast my phone to so that I could watch some English TV whilst winding down after a day in the saddle. Outdoor pool is okay, it’s close to the main road which is a bit of a put off. I used the gym, which is pretty modern and has everything you need for a decent work out. I also used the indoor pool and spa area. Everything was nice and clean. Food, on the whole, was very good. Plenty of choice and suited my dietary needs. I was doing the Mallorca 312 and was up early on the Saturday. I was slightly disappointed with the choice and variety of breakfast available that morning. When I have stayed at other hotels who’s doing the event, the breakfast has been much more substantial. On the whole, a very nice hotel but not sure if I would stay here again. Thank you

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, nous avions choisis une formule All Inclusive avec repas et boissons, excellent. La chambre avec vue sur mer et balcon au 5° étage était agréable avec une vue panoramique, excellent. Service d'étage à l'écoute, le personnel faisait le ménage quand on l'indiquait sur la porte. Au niveau du restaurant, buffet varié et toujours réapprovisionné, excellent choix de jus de fruits et machine à café en nombres. La salle est spacieuse mais raisonne pas mal, c'est le bruit des assiettes et couverts qui faisaient le plus de bruits, la clientèle étant calme. J'ai signalé ce problème, avec le manager et le staff a essayé diverses solutions mais pas probantes, le service à l'assiette nécessite beaucoup de manipulations surtout avec 2 jeux de couverts, par expérience pas du tout nécessaire et donc de bruits rajouté aux chaises qui faisaient également beaucoup de bruits sur le carrelage,de petits tampons sous les pieds des chaises et tables élimineraient ce problème. Je tiens à féliciter l'équipe de la réception toujours à l'écoute et près à rendre service, le jour de notre arrivée il y eu des retards sur le vol et notre arrivée décalée au soir, après un simple mail envoyé à l'Hôtel la réceptionniste nous fit préparer un repas froid à disposition dans le restaurant, bravo !!! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour avec en prime des soirées avec des chanteurs et jongleur très agréable qui faisaient participer la clientèle. Je recommande !!!

War schon zum 3. Mal seit 2016 im Monte Carlo. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Essen ist jetzt viel besser als früher. Auch die Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen hat sich sehr verbessert. Spa-Innen-Bereich ist etwas klein und das Zimmer war recht kühl. Heizung dürfte nicht funktioniert haben.
