Great town house with private pool in the center of Santa Margalida. It has capacity for 8 guests.
This wonderful town house offers a refreshing private salt water pool at its backyard from where you can admire the views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The exteriors also include an area with sun loungers and a porch under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the town and has direct neighbours.

The two-story house has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is connected to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a ceramic hob, and has access to the back patio. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. For sleeping, there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with double beds.
