The property is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. Just 20 metres away, you will find a rocky beach, while an extensive sandy beach, more than 1 kilometre long, is only 500 metres away. At the end of the urbanisation, there are a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your companions. Just a 10 minute drive away is Ca'n Picafort, an urbanised area offering a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure options. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
