In a wonderful and quiet spot, this breathtaking house facing the sea in Son Serra de Marina becomes the perfect destination for the holidays of 7 people. It has an indoor pool, a fabulous front terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and a large patio with a barbecue.
The main terrace is the perfect place to have a drink at sunset with your loved ones, listening to the tune of the waves and admiring the blue of the sea. At the back of the house, in the large patio with barbecue, you can sunbathe and enjoy your meals with more privacy. The large indoor pool (not heated) is undoubtedly one of the best attractions in the house. Here you can cool off after a morning at the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

The 3-storey house has been decorated and equipped to the last detail. The large living-dining room with TV-sat is a continuation of the main terrace, with incredible sea views and plenty of light. The same light reaches the kitchen thanks to the glass wall, which is equipped with induction cooker. Also in the kitchen you will find washing machine and dryer. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, 2 with shower and one with bathtub. The last bedroom occupies the entire first floor. It has an en suite bathroom with shower, dressing room, and a wonderful sitting area with the possibility of opening to the outside from where you can continue to admire the views. The house has oil central heating for the winter months and there is a cot and high chair available.

Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet and family destination, so your rest is guaranteed. There are some supermarkets and restaurants here and you will find a wider range of services and a great summer atmosphere in the nearby Can Picafort . The beach of sand, rocks and Posidonia with shallow waters in Son Serra is ideal for the little ones in the house. We recommend visiting the towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa as well as Playa de Muro or Alcanada.
