This spectacular villa is located in the idyllic coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, a tranquil corner on the northeast coast of Mallorca. The interior is equipped with the highest quality materials and designer furniture, offering a living area of 300 m² distributed over three floors. The villa has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, 4 bathrooms, as well as an office, a large gym and garage.

The lounge features a large leather sofa with chaise longue and a 360º rotating television, which can be seen even from the outdoor rest area. The elegant dining room offers a wonderful sea view and integrates with an open kitchen presided over by a large, spacious and functional island, fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge.

On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive Philippe Starck pieces. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first bedroom features a double bed and a solid oak wood headboard. The second bedroom surprises with a spectacular sea view, as well as a dressing room and an en suite bathroom.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped gym, with a large television and surround sound system. From the basement you can access the garage and the service room with washing machine.
