Great Location and comfortable beds! Check in was all digital and we were given access code about 30 minutes prior to check in time. upon arrival we noticed the dirt and debris on the floors and a lot of black hair in the hall bath shower...first indication of poor cleaning and they charged us a cleaning fee. 2nd indicator was that the dishes stacked on the open shelves were wet? And, our first morning attempt at coffee took about 45 min due to the coffee pot not working only to find someone had clogged it up with grinds so we hand to take all parts out and try and clean in order to get it to dispense coffee. Obviously, poor housekeeping. They do have a very complicated espresso machine for which we tried to use but no instructions. The very high end appliances were great but the dishwasher was not even attached to the wall and the gas range wobbled in its sitting position. Very poor lighting in the common area as there are no windows. There is a common area king bed that is only separated by a curtain. Owner was notified of the coffee maker, the plumbing issue and the AC/heat not working in private room. He never showed up when he said he would come asap in text and one member of our group stayed all day on Friday last week. In summation, this owners lack of attention to detail reflected in what we had to deal with. We left a check out list of all items needing attention and asked for our cleaning fee back and a phone call..we have received neither..
