This place is ghetto and dingy. Breakfast was rushed and awkward. Check out was with the same breakfast attendant, who was rushing us. Not friendly.Not a nice experience and it totally lacks any Santa fe charm.

You get what you pay for. There is a reason that this formerly nice hotel is 2 stars. It feels used. The elevator is dinghy, for ex. Long wait at the counter for service despite no one in line. Staff was not particularly friendly. I asked for a top floor room away from the traffic in advance - was given a middle floor room facing the traffic (Cerrillos is very noisy and busy). When I complained, miraculously a top floor room away from the traffic was available. The bedspread was stained, little space in bathroom for stuff, bathroom fan not separate from the light so it creates a cold draft. Wifi was too slow for Zoom. Breakfast area was small, crowded and disappointing. The eggs and coffee were out, not to be replenished as far as I could see. Packaged oatmeal, cold cereal and waffles were the only decent choices without meat. Bed was OK. AC unit worked well. Lighting was adequate. Parking was good. Better than some hotels but average at best.

The check in process was very unpleasant. The girl in the front desk was rude and confronting. I was charged 50 dollars extra for checking in 45 min prior to my check in despite the site allowing early check in (from 3pm to 1pm) for 25 dollars. But I got charged 50! Seriously? On top of that the rooms were old and smelled like urine. The tub wouldnt even drain right and the room was very messy. Save your money and trouble! Book elsewhere!!!

The Staff were all amazing. The hotel property was clean but in need of major repair. There were holes in the ceiling where the main floor vending machines were located that were dripping water into bowls placed on the floor. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. The property is an older property just needing some TLC.

Horrible staff at Ramada

Moved from original room because TV and house phone did not work. Second room - woke up the next morning with bites on my face arms and hands. Staff declines to help me in resolving the situation. Had to contact the registered agent and then was given credit on my account for the stay. Did not appreciate the insensitivity of the staff. I had to go to urgent care for prescription and when I returned home a doctor visit with more medication. The staff would not provide me with the exterminator report or the hotel policy stating I would not be allowed to reviewed the report. Ramada is off my list and friends and family have been aware of our dissatisfaction.

Ants the kjnute i walked in, the bed smelled like stinky feet, the shower drain had hair and the coffee maker had an old coffee filter still in it. I will let you know if they made it right!!!!

Not bad for the price

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It was a basic continental offering with a slice of pizza. The desk furniture in our room was older and somewhat chipped. I think it’s time for some refurbishment.
