Super ghetto! Avoid!

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs! Ants crawling on the floor by the bed, on the bed by my head several times, moths flying around inside, bugs in the drawers, bedbug looking creature on the bed! Blood on the inside of the shower curtain. Can't upload videos, so I couldn't show you the blood and the other bugs unfortunately. The bed is on a weird metal stand, creaking every time I moved. Can hear everything outside because the door has a make-shift piece of metal between the door and doorjam to make up for the shortage! Service was less than pleasant. Don't stay here! The hotel rep refused to refund my money, and I wouldn't have seen a dime if it were not for a chat agent with Hotels.com that said my refund would be guaranteed. Hotels.com's policy is not to refund unless they obtain permission to do so from the hotel! So, I got lucky... they had to honor it. Meanwhile, the hotel gets to keep my money! Asinine!

Will not stay here again and do NOT recommend!! There were spots of bed bugs, a spider on the floor and an ant in the bed! We ended up leaving and having to get another hotel! The staff was not helpful in getting our money back! Thankfully Expedia was very helpful!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL

So-so stay

It was so-so. I think the price was very reasonable and it was in a good area. However, there was hair all over the bathroom we got and there was no rooms to switch to. It was gross and I just was not comfortable using that bathroom. The breakfast is not very good honestly. It’s the lowest quality and I guess it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation.

I’m shocked this was 7.8 rating when I booked. This is not nice at all. The room was small, old and not clean. The parking lot had homeless people hanging around. The guy at check in said two words at most.

The girl who checked us in, then helped us move rooms was bery friendly, sweet, & professional. The AC hardly worked in our first room, so we went down the hall. The TV cable in the second room was broken—we rigged it well enough to get antenna TV. Mexican fiesta going on in the parking lot (music, beer-drinking). Road noise was LOUD. Lots of light outside (for safety), but couldn’t block it well for sleep—despite the shade. Scary area—won’t be back.

The place was nice. Check in was no problem. Was very pleased with the continental breakfast. The Wi-Fi and tv service was great. Just that they have poor communication with their housekeeping. I stayed there for 4 nights from Wednesday to Sunday morning check out for an art show. I requested clean towels, more toilet paper and trash disposal, was told they would stop by but hours passed so I had to go look for them. Then on Saturday when I left the room for the day I requested housekeeping to clean up the room with bedding to be changed the attendant at the front took my request. When I returned to my room at 6:00 pm. My bedding wasn’t even changed…my beds were not even made. I know the routine if something is left on the beds they won’t touch it, but nothing was left on there because I knew I wanted it changed. Tried calling down to front desk to complain. All they could tell was that housekeeping already left the day. So again I slept in dirty bedding. They said management would be available the next day but I checked out at 7:00 am already and just left it. By then I was calm and not upset. Better communication with housekeeping is a need.

The front desk staff were great. The entry door to our room had been broken. It would not close properly and you could see daylight all around it. The noise was ridiculous. Not a good experience at all.

Accessible bathroom - difficult room

We needed an accessible room as my husband is handicapped. The bathroom was absolutely the best - with a roll in shower and plenty of room. However - the room had two beds and very little room to even open the bathroom door. Maneuvering through the room was difficult for all - but especially for him with his rollator. The breakfast was great and the people were nice - just wish the accessible part of the room had extended past the bathroom.
