A second upstairs living area offers additional space to unwind, with vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and a quiet, tucked away feel, ideal for reading, work, or movie nights. Mini split systems throughout ensure year round comfort.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is both functional and visually striking, with artisan wood cabinetry, open shelving, stone countertops, and a large central island. High end appliances and generous prep space make it easy to cook for a group. Anchoring the second level is a large bedroom with two queen size beds perfect for friends or teenagers. Also located on this level is an additional full bath with a walk in shower.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Outdoor living is a key highlight. The covered portal provides shaded seating and dining areas, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. A traditional outdoor kiva fireplace creates a natural gathering point. Located off the primary en-suite, the hot tub offers a private place to unwind under the open sky. Grandchildren have been kept in mind as the homeowners created a paved tricycle and bicycle path around the garden of the exterior. The setting is quiet and spacious, with a sense of seclusion while still being accessible to town
