The accommodation met basic needs. However, why were the accessible rooms on the far side of the car park? When we tried to have breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, we were met with a very rude response from the member of staff. The main downside for us was the lack of breakfast options at the hotel. A big positive point is the proximity to the centre of Santa Fe which is a five to ten minute walk away. We also appreciated the Christmas decorations at the hotel.

The location was great. The room was spacious. What we didn’t like is a $10 car parking fee and no cleanings. At around 2pm I called and asked to make sure they clean the room bc I didn’t see anyone come by. They told me they will and they never cleaned. All I needed was clean towels, garbage cleaned and toilet paper. We were 4 people in the room with kids. It’s important to me that room is cleaned, esp if that’s what is advertised in your nightly rate.

Clean room. Very nice warm shower. Plenty of parking and I don't recall any noise coming from next door. Hotel was located near of edge of old town. Easy to walk to every where . $10 per day for parking but I think you have to pay to park so this price was ok and a convenience. I would stay again.

The room is fine, but the bathroom design is problematic. There’s nowhere to put bathroom essentials, and the shower turns on directly from the overhead head rather than a lower faucet, making it easy to get soaked with cold water if you’re not careful.
