This second story, two-level modern apartment offers 1,100 sq ft of calm, light-filled space designed for comfort and focus.
Upstairs, the open loft features a full-size bed, cozy electric fireplace, desk, reading chair, and generous closet, with a seamless adjoining bath that includes a shower-and-tub combo, vanity, and built-in cabinetry.
Downstairs, the living area is simple and functional, with a comfortable sitting space and smart TV. The compact kitchen is fully equipped, with counter space, cabinetry, and a high-top table that doubles as a workspace.
An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.
Step outside to your private deck perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing, or evening stargazing. The bistro table, lounge chair, and warm lighting make it an inviting little sanctuary.

For the health-minded, the Genoveva Chavez Community Center, one of Santa Fe's premier wellness and recreation facilities, is just walking distance.
