I found a roach in the bed walking around. I felt something at night but I didn’t pay attention. But when I got up to use the restroom turned on the light it was in the sheets walking around. Left right away

Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The noise from the busy road outside was terrible. There was no room in the bathroom to put anything. I literally had to try to hang my clothes for after my shower on the knob outside the door because there was nowhere to put them

Location looked great, but upon arrivel our door was found open when entering room! The lights in room flicker allot randomly. Bath room did not feel clean. Requested another room and front didn't seem concerned with the issue of the door being cracked open upon arrivel and ask if we could work with the lights a bit. The issue of the open door didn't feel safe by itself. Checked in at the Best Western down the street not to long after.

Some might say this facility was pretty hip! The check in process was digital but you could have assistance if needed. Some of the fixtures in the room were a little dated but otherwise it had nice updates and was clean. The breakfast burritos were awesome and a refreshing change from boring hotel breakfasts. And this place is perfectly located near everything!

Hidden gem

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a Long time. You can watch the clock make the burritos. The beds were very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Made it a priority to stay on the way back through the area. I would definitely recommend and have recommended this hotel to friends.

We appreciated the free shuttle service to the Plaza (although of course gave a tip). Free breakfast with breakfast burritos, which were good, but was the same thing every morning. Would be good if they had more options.

We have stayed here twice - and probably will every time we visit! Great place. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only areas that I think could improve would be the parking, food, and the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues, and we appreciated being “left alone” during our stay, but the times I did need to interact with staff left me feeling more like a burden than a guest. No one was rude or anything just… distant I guess and almost seemed annoyed. Could have easily been the persons mood that day. The food options were impressive compared to other places we’ve stayed, however it tasted a bit bland. Also, both days, my wife couldn’t eat the burritos due to an onion allergy - this is obviously our issue and not yalls, however offering protein options other than the burritos might be helpful in the future. But overall we love staying here and will continue to choose here on our future travels.
