Perfect room for our family. Most hotels only have 2 queen beds and we have 3 kids so it is tough to find a room big enough for us. The room we got here was cheaper than our room in downtown Santa Fe and it had a lot more room. The drive was close enough that we still went into downtown multiple times. The drive was short and there is little traffic. The staff was really nice and checked on us multiple times. They also accommodated us having a pet, the courtyard worked as a perfect area to get her out without having to leave the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very dated and they don’t have that “Santa Fe” feel. Everything is gray and white with very little color. The hot tub was nice and it’s an easy walk to Meow Wolf.

We visited Santa Fe for skiing. Our room was comfortable and clean. Your Cleaning staff did a great job and most likely we would stay at your property in the future.

Room was good but did not get adequate instructions at check in about wifi logon. Phone would not call the front desk. Had to go to desk and stand in line to get additional instructions for wifi. We mostly booked this room because of the "heated" pool which turned out to be very cold. Very disappointed.
