Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked our stay at vrbo. The property was taken off the listing several weeks prior, yet it was still on the list. We booked it and went to the property to find that it was not available. This is not the property owner's fault; it is vrbo's fault, bad service.
