The house was very clean. The kitchen was large and easy to use. It really isn’t walkable to downtown. We needed our car, but we had one so it didn’t matter. It is walkable to the rail yard. The. Rooms were large and comfortable with good linens. It was hard to find firewood and we like fire with conversation. We would have liked it provided or direction to a place it was sold. Living room furniture was great for conversation.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration here with 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living room accommodated us all for TV watching and conversation. The kitchen allowed us to fix a feast for six! The location was great with walking paths a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is located in a perfect spot close to everything. I'm not sure why there is a place to write about a winery. I just had it 5 stars, so the house didn't lose a rating. They need to work on the door lock, I'm sure it will get fixed. Otherwise. House is fantastic!

We completed our stay at your property on Kathryn yesterday. I hesitate to post this online as generally everything was ok; basic, but mostly comfortable and a convenient location . We don't want to impact the positive reviews of your property, so we probably will just forego posting a review. However, there were several issues that made our stay considerably less enjoyable than it could have been. 1. The refrigerator seemed fine for the first few days but in the last 24 hours, it has frozen all of our groceries. Lots of loss of food we'd planned to take to our next stop.We never touched the thermostat inside.2. We'd rate the cleanliness of the entire house about a 3 out of 5. Specifically, my bed looked as if someone had not finished making it or had been laying on it before we arrived. The covers were rumpled and The bed itself was pulled away from the wall; and one the pillows was on the floor behind/halfway underneath the bed.-the linens and the towels,, etc. seemed to be of low quality-we found the garbage can outside was full to capacity on our first day from previous guests.-we were dismayed to find we were unable to speak to a human being regarding issues with the property. While prompt, the responses we received were unhelpful ( from questions about the door lock on), communication was impersonal and seemed computer generated; answers were incomplete and unsatisfactory.

Nice 3 Bedroom near downtown

My husband and our two adult children stayed here. The living room was large and nice for a common area to spend time. The bedrooms were all of a good size. While the weather did not cooperate for us to walk to downtown, we did see that it was only about a 30 minute walk. I would rent this property again if we were coming back.

Week in Santa Fe

The house was very cute and clean. Comfortably accommodated four adults and two kids. Good location - very close and walkable to the Railyard area, and a little far for the Plaza, but we did walk it a few times. The kitchen was well stocked and while we did have one issue with the refrigerator, it was resolved in an hour.

No Air conditions takes a star away!

This home was really great, except for the lack of air conditioning. Even with windows open at night it stayed pretty warm and stuffy. Everything else was good. The beds were a little on the firm side, a mattress topper could fix that. The kitchen worked great. I like to cook and found no issues making fresh quesadillas, breakfast frittata, panned seared chicken breast, finished off in the oven and a bunch of Trader Joe’s stuff. The only other downside for the property would be the landscaping. The front yard is fine, but need a bit of TLC. The back yard hasn’t been touched. The weeds are thigh high. Ultimately, it worked for us. We had a great time in Santa Fe and exploring that part of New Mexico. Would I stay there again? Not unless air conditioning is installed. But I bet it would be idyllic in the Fall, Winter and Spring.

No Air conditioning!! Worst looking property on the block.

Property has no a/c or ceiling fans. House was 87 when we checked in and promptly left to get another place to stay when property management wouldn’t do anything. We were uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation when the doors have metal bars. Yard had 2” tall weeds. Only thing that was offered was to send someone to take care of the yard. Despite telling 4 people we were not staying there, we were still asked to checkout. Worst experience ever!!
