The Accommodation
Villa Triple X is located on the hilltop of Can Pep Simo / Cap Martinet, just five minutes from Ibiza's Marina Botafoch harbor and the nightclubs Lio, Pacha, and Chinois. The concept of this house is "all white." Upon entering the white, three-story villa, with its open, light-filled rooms, it has a particularly elegant feel. Nothing superfluous distracts from the skillfully staged sea panorama, which is fully integrated into the open-plan living and dining area. If you also open the large window front, the illuminated infinity pool feels like part of the living area. After a refreshing dip in the pool, the outdoor area with numerous sun loungers, terraces, chill-out areas, and an outdoor dining area invites you to relax.

Villa Triple X offers four luxuriously furnished bedrooms on two floors, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, smart TVs, LED color lighting, and dressing areas. The two master suites also feature freestanding bathtubs, open-plan bathrooms, and access to a private sunset terrace.
