A charming country house over 500 years old, fully renovated whilst respecting its Ibizan architecture and retaining all its original charm. Located in a little paradise in the San Carlos area, it enjoys complete tranquillity, is quiet and offers plenty of privacy; it is a secluded house, though not isolated, with views of the sea and the island of Formentera. It is just 10 minutes from the Las Dalias Hippy Market and 12 minutes from the nearest beach; this accommodation exudes tranquillity.
The two-storey house is laid out as follows: a large living room leads to the 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. In total, there are 4 bathrooms with showers, three inside the house and one outside; there is also a toilet in the games room, next to the barbecue area and the children’s play area.
The traditional Ibizan kitchen, with its fireplace and sofas on either side, is fully equipped. From here, you can access the large living room and the terrace. From the living room, which is equipped with satellite TV, you can access a charming porch with a long table and chairs, the terraces, the barbecue and the swimming pool.
Air conditioning: the two bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning; the two bedrooms on the ground floor are very cool and have fans.
Heating: All rooms are heated, as are the indoor bathrooms, and there is a fireplace in the kitchen, making the house ideal for a winter or spring break and offering a unique experience that’s quite different from the summer.
