I would say the hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star. The suites are tired in places but a reasonable size. If self catering, there appeared to be everything you need but we didn't need it. Suites are in a separate building, although they did have access to a separate pool which was quieter than the main one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the team in the restaurant worked really hard. Food buffet was okay, constantly topped up and a choice that would suit most. Overall the holiday was good, but the hotel didn't live up to 4 star expectations which was a little disappointing. Nice location away from the harbour but only a ten minute walk away. Shops and beach as very close so a good base.

One bedroom apartment

Stayed at the one bedroom apartments, great sea view, friendly staff particularly bar staff at the rose bar. Comfortable bed and 2 comfortable sofa beds in living room area, spacious bedroom, nice balcony. Only negatives are no tv in bedroom, walls are a bit thin and no mirror in the bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Don’t stay here

This is not to our liking, the floor in our room was not cleaned as my feet were dirty after 30 minutes of walking bare foot. The bathroom was horrible and had mold in and on the bathroom ceiling. Good thing I only stayed 1 night. The check isn’t before 3pm and check out is 10:30am so you don’t even get your 1 full day but you pay for a full day. The pool is over packed and no bar open by the pool ect.

This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the service and experience were anything but. From the start, booking was a headache. I booked through Expedia as it was much cheaper than booking direct. The room pictured was misleading, and even though the hotel admitted fault and Expedia explained the hotel chose their pictures when I raised this, both the hotel and Expedia just bounced accountability back and forth. Even after paying to “upgrade” more, the room provided was still not as advertised. When I complained, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. Then look confused that I’d like the tiny sofa bed made up. The concept of all-inclusive here is a joke. Towels? You have to pay to change them. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where this has been the case — enough said. Bar service was equally poor. Staff were rude, inconsistent, and acted as if serving a drink was an inconvenience. To top it off, at the end of the day I was suddenly told I had to pay for the cup my drink came in — despite not being charged for it all day. When I questioned this, the female member of staff glared at me and snapped “you have to pay.” The male staff member just shrugged and said “mistakes happen but now you have to pay,” before rudely serving the person behind me. Not exactly 4-star hospitality. The morning we were leaving, we went for breakfast early as we had to checkout. My toddler being a toddler wasn’t a fan of eating. As we

Nice suite apartments, not huge but enough space for family of 4. We enjoyed swimming in the suite pool as less crowded and wasn’t a problem to walk across the road to get breakfast. Beach, small shops and restaurants all conveniently located within walking distance. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Ok range of food and self service drinks, wine and beer included. Some plates and glasses could be washed better. We arrived 12pm but couldn’t get our room until 2pm. Checkout is quite early at 10:30am but they have courtesy showers and towels which was nice (bring your own soap). Overall, nice stay and suites+half board was good value for money.

Nice quiet family oriented place. Rooms are nicely decorated.Beach is ok wth some spots of seaweeds.Be prepared to pay 25 Euro for 2 lounge chairs and umbrela for a day.We found beautiful beach nearby walking distance.I liked the town with shops, restaurants and night club 10 min.walking.You could also take boat ride to different cities and Formentera Island.I recomend that. We had a half board what was plenty for us.The buffet was delicious with lots of options even for vegetarian.Big selection of fruits and salad bars.House wine red,white and beer where on tap. Owerall it was nice resort I just missed some entertaiment for adults.

Decent self catering accommodation

Stayed in the apartments on the 4th floor. It was nice to be away from the main hotel. Apartment was clean & spacious, a perfect base for self catering. Only downside is luggage storage, it is unlocked and our party ended up having their buggy stolen/borrowed from it. The parents who walked through reception with it explained that the hotel had said they could borrow it, the hotel said it was a misunderstanding!
