The generously sized kitchen features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals, also boasting a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two charming bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor, offering convenience and functionality. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms: one with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, and another with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to a charming terrace.
