Very nice people and well cared for property. We had a problem with the A/C not being cold and they replaced it to make our stay better. The terrace in front of our room had a view of the boardwalk and was about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. I recommend

Great location within short walking distance to the Boardwalk. Nice that our room was right by the outdoor pool. Staff was very accommodating and helpful, as we had a late check in. Very small amount of food in front entrance in mornings. but the coffee was always available, which was nice. Most importantly, the room was clean.

Room 103 AC does not work, tried switching from ac to fan and nothing, because of that room was pretty muggy, window did open so it helped at night, but the idea of sleeping with an open window is pretty sketchy especially on a ground level room. The house keeping was very helpful, front desk was very polite, room was a little outdated but enough for a 2 night stay, and in a very convenient location.

The structure looks old on the outside but newly renovated on the inside. Clean and quiet. Can walk from the property to the boardwalk. For the price, it was very good, esp, on the go breakfast is included. Coffee and juice available all day. There's a small pool also.
