Room was updated clean and modern, comfy beds and pillows. The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. I mentioned one time that it was my daughter’s birthday and several times she was wished happy birthday or asked what we were doing to celebrate and made her feel special. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and pier. I never had to move my car once. Such a great weekend for my daughter’s birthday, we will for sure return here again soon!

We had a pleasant stay here. It was very conveniently located to the boardwalk and other tourist attractions. There were somethings that were just ok. The staff was very nice! A couple things that needed work: the shower head was a trinkle, the side lamp was burn out, the room was very cramped and there was a tiny view from the kind premium. However, with all that being said, the location and price made it all work it. I would stay here again but maybe not for Family weekend at UCSC. I would try to stay closer to the University.

Got there a bit early..Room wasnt ready..no big deal. Sat in lobby for an hour or so and watched 6 people get their room before us..at 4:10 they still said our room wasnt ready. Overall stay was good but they lack customer service

The room and floors became increasingly dirty do to no housekeeping services during our stay from 11/11/25-11/13/25. The hotel allowed us to check-in 3hrs early! The lobby staff was non-existent until i texted the Manager (?), after which the front desk seemed to always be staffed. The coffee shop was excellent, as well as the location. Very quiet and comfortable.

Heads up …. parking is horrible too tight ... if checking in at the lobby w a mid size SUV nightmare to get out especially if others checking in at the same time. (Only one way in and out) overflow parking is ok but no elevator or ramp if you have heavy luggage / children you’re lugging up and down a flight of stairs Staff nice Room spacious Close to the ocean / close to boardwalk (a little noisy at night not too bad) restaurants walking distance. Great Indian restaurant next door

The staff were wonderful and the location is perfectly situated in the beach. The little cafe was lovely for coffee and pastries in the morning and there are many restaurants in close proximity. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. There is a small pool and a rooftop area that are nice extras! So happy. I will be returning!
