The credit card reader was broken when we arrived, so we spent about 20 minutes trying to give our card for incidentals. Pillows were very flat and bed was noisy. We were given additional pillows, but the soft fluffy ones should have already been on the beds! Finally, I drive a full size truck. I did not fit in any of the parking spots and had to find road parking. The front desk was sympathetic, but this was inconvenient.

The breakfast was solid the hotel is being renovated but only issue I had on the second floor is the furniture was wore out. Though they brought me a good chair and provided good service.

I was booked into a room next to the workout room. NOT GOOD! Lots of noise...banging, clanking... late at night. Be careful not to take room 205. The TV had very limited channels. They should add more channels
