We were greeted with super friendly, super helpful people when we arrived. The young lady that helped us check in was excellent. At that time, she mentioned that there was someone available in the office 24/7, which is great but I didn't expect to need that service. However, at around 2am, I found myself in need of that promised help. I stepped outside to get some air because I wasn't feeling well (I've had some health issues lately). Unfortunately, I left my phone and key card inside the room. When I went to go back in the room, I discovered that I would have to disturb this overnight staff member. When I went to the office, I was greeted by a not-so-happy young man. I told him I needed a new card and he hastily got me a new card. That card did NOT work, so I had to approach this angry young man again, but what else could I do? He then walked with me to the room and neither the card OR his key fob, which I assume was a universal key of some sort, worked. He then began pounding loudly on the door with both fists, triggering my spouses PTSD. Clearly this young man was #1. Angry and #2. In over his head on how to appropriately gain entry into a room. My spouse was having a hard time calming down, again, due to his PTSD being triggered. So we took showers and left around 3-3:30 am. Clearly this was not in our plans and I had to drive a difficult drive in the middle of the night all because this young man has no idea how to handle difficult situations. Extremely dissappointed.
