This bright space accommodates up to 3 people, with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. The open and spacious layout provides comfort and functionality, with a living-dining area furnished with a sofa, dining table, and a Smart TV. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast or simply relaxing with the sea breeze.

Additionally, the studio includes free Wi-Fi and an unnumbered parking space in the same building. It is just a few minutes by car from the famous Las Teresitas Beach and the picturesque coastal village of San Andrés, offering an unbeatable location for those who love the sea, hiking, or serenity.

The studio's amenities include: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ceiling fan, iron, elevator, and more. Everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

Given the location of the studio, we recommend renting a car to explore the area more conveniently.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the access route from Playa Chica to Las Gaviotas Beach remains closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

In addition, the access road to the area is currently undergoing roadworks. The accommodation remains accessible, although access may be slightly more difficult due to a section of single-lane traffic and temporary roadworks signage, including a ‘Residents Only’ sign. If you have a booking at our accommodation, you will be able to access it without any problems.
