House of 90m2 located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence of the Costa Brava only 6km from the beach and 25km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over two floors and has a terrace with outdoor furniture. On the main floor we find the living room, dining room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as another full bathroom with a shower. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, winter heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area in the surrounding area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 30 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
