The upper floor offers an additional living and dining room also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, creating a versatile and welcoming communal space. This floor hosts 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level includes a bath, bidet, and WC.
