It was adequate. I wouldn't stay here again if I have another choice. The host was responsive to my texts, but not actually helpful. There were only 5 dining chairs and the photos showed 8. Luggage rack broken, wobbly nightstands (we tightened them) greasy pan left in the oven, no dish soap, wet dishes put away in the cabinet, broken blinds, wobbly bunkbeds. Overall sense of neglect. The listing specifically said pool was open, but it wasn't.

Great house, but filthy

I saw one review before we stayed here that was complaining of dirtiness, and I wish I had taken it more seriously. The beds/sheets/comforters, blankets, and mattress/box spring (which were exposed and on the ground) had disgusting stains on them. Every set of sheets in the house were stained. Accommodations in the house, and the house itself were perfectly fine, but I can't handle filth where I am trying to sleep. I hope they take some pride and buy proper furniture for bedrooms, and don't be too cheap to buy new sheets when their current ones are disgusting.

Great townhouse

We had a great stay. Owners were responsive. Good location for the dance competition we came in for at snow canyon high school. A couple of things to improve- dust ceiling fans, we turned them on and chunks flew- esp in the master. An actual bedframe for the mattress in the master would be a nice touch added. And do be aware the community pool is righ behind the master window, so everyone at the pool is heard which gets rough late at night. Not the owners fault of course!

Disappointing

We come to St. George area a few times a year and decided to try somewhere new. We booked this condo based on the location and it having a heated pool open year round……when we got to the condo there was no key for the pool if pickleball court. Than we found out that they were not opening the pool, even though it was advertised as a year round pool. I had some very disappointed kids. The beds were on the floor…..no bed frames. And the bunkbed is so wobbly, that i didn’t dare have my kids sleep on the top bunk. Bring your own soap and shampoo, because they are watered down. The arcade games were a big hit with my kids!

Quiet, clean place to stay. Great home base for gathering.

This relatively new property provided plenty of space and great amenities. The pizza oven and video games were a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Just needed a few nights to crash somewhere. We didn't expect the high quality of this location. Excellent place to stay with the family. Pool was warm even though it was cold outside. Arcade games were a big hit and the ebikes were fun. I will stay here again. I'd recommend bringing helmets for the bikes and your own pickle ball set as they are not provided. Otherwise, GREAT place to stay!
