Mary Jane (Overnight Front Desk Agent) was OUTSTANDING. She was polite, friendly, courteous, professional and she made sure I was welcomed upon arrival during the excellent check in process. I stayed in Room 721 (on January 10th) for 1 night and my hotel stay in the well furnished room with stunning views was absolutely amazing. The swimming pool and fitness center are very clean and very well maintained. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the near future during my next visit to Santa Clara.

Comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly staff. Would have been nice if when we entered and were approved to drive into the hotel parking lot, to know that it was okay to park in the red zones. Has to call hotel and ask what to do as all spots were taken.

We came for the 49ers game. Prime location,we've stayed here before for another game. The rooms are clean, nicely remodeled and spacious for my family of four. It is lacking drawer space and electrical outlets. The beds were double. Not the best size but it worked. The pillows definitely need to be upgraded. They are too flat and too soft. I woke up with pain in my neck.

Since at this time the whole building appears to be under construction items should be offered like free sandwiches or free snacks in the room something like that. Especially during the holidays. What really irked me was the fact that there was no mention Union about this on any of the rental sites. This should be disclosed in the most obvious way I looked at my reservations it made no mention of this big reconstruction job. You owe it to your customers.

Overall very good. First time I have really good experience at 4 star Hilton. Just renovated (end of 2025). Rooms modern, clean and no smell. Breakfast fine, not much choice but tasty, good quality. Good location but check ahead to Levi stadium events - some traffic restrictions when that happens, harder to get in and out of this area. I could use 1-2 more power outlets near the desk.
