Um ótimo resort, com mau cheio nos banheiros.

Razoável, pois havia um cheiro forte de esgoto no banheiro, o que foi bastante desconfortável. Uma pena para um resort com aquela estrutura.

Decepcionado...

Local até que bom, porém a privada entupiu e foi demorado pra resolver, porta do banheiro empenada e difícil pra fechar. Encontramos lagarta de coqueiro dentro do banheiro. Pia do lavatório tbm entupida e muito mal cheiro. Geladeira de difícil fechamento, porta empenada e pra variar ainda me avisaram que faltou uma colher no check out falando em voz alta perto de outros hóspedes. Imagina se eu iria pegar uma colher pagando o valor que foi pago? Sem contar que também queriam cobrar novamente 1800 reais, sendo que já tinha pago pelo aplicativo ...precisam melhorar muuuiito...

Boas kitnets com acesso a parque aquático

O local precisa alterar o nome. É enganoso chamar de resort. O café da manhã é tosco e de se brigar com as moscas azuis. A estrutura dos chalés é muito boa, porém não há serviço de limpeza diário. Em síntese, péssima relação custo/benefício.

O hotel nao tinha informacao sobre o pagamento das diárias feitas pelo hoteis.com, e o hotel ficou incomodando durante horas por isso, sendo que foi mostrado o pagamento no cartao e a reserva congirmada e paga, e no domingo vencendo a diaria , teve que desocupar antes das onze, deixer o carro la fora, senao seria paga outra diaria, sem senso e sem respeito nenhum.

Muito bom, retornaremos!

Gostamos muito e pretendemos retornar em breve. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Limpeza impecável. Internet funciona bem em todos os lugares, café da manhã muito bom. Só não gostamos de ter ficado em um chalé tão longe da entrada do parque mesmo havendo outros próximos vazios.

Resort muito bom, necessitando de correções

Local muito bom (excelente), porém o check inn péssimo, demorou cerca de 40 minutos, não conforto algum na recepção, só uma pessoa por família pode ingressar no local, temperatura exterior próxima de 42 graus (imagine como fica o humor do acompanhante), rede de comunicação péssima (sem sinal de operadora de celular e wi-fi só nós avisos de paredes, tive a necessidade de sair do resort para poder comunicar. Absurdo maior não permitiu o ingresso antes do check-in, tivemos que esperar até as 14:00 h para dar início ao citado check-in e mais 0:40 h para ingressar no complexo para ir ao restaurante almoçar, sem dizer que o check-out é as 11:00 h, porém não houve problemas visto que já sabendo que não poderia permanecer no local, almoçamos fora do resort. Espero pois uma reavaliação da diretoria para correção destas questões, haja vista o desejo de retorno
