Very good communication! The location was nice, as well. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park but was also quiet. A little cramped for two people (especially where the bed is) but it worked for a short stay.

Beautiful view, great location! Easy walk to coffee and beach park… short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito, etc! Owner was easy to communicate with access to apartment was easy and secure… beware that bathroom walls do not reach ceiling so acoustically integrated… recommend!

Cozy studio

We enjoyed our one night stay, on our way between San Diego and San Jose. The place was clean and private, with a nice partial view of the ocean. Convenient parking. No issues.
