The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We received especially great service from our server at the restaurant. The drinks were good and the pool and eating space was kid friendly. Our only complaints were regarding the room. Our tv remote didn’t work well, so it was annoying to navigate the tv. We told the front desk, but no one ever came to replace it. Most importantly, my 6 year old son found a vibrator under the bed! Like many hotel beds, most of the space under the bed is blocked off with a barrier, so it’s not like he was crawling under the bed. We immediately threw it away and washed our hands. He found it before falling asleep, so we left it in the trash and reported it in the morning during check out. Overall the experience was a good one with the exception of the room.

Bar/restaurant staff was friendly. The front desk staff can be nicer. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and there was a disdain from the front desk staff since I booked the hotel from hotels.com. The ac stopped working and the room was quite hot. I complained to them and had to relocate to another room at 2:00 AM. The inconvenience was disregarded by the front desk staff.

I checked in with several pieces of luggage and bags, there was no bell to help. 1 person on staff at desk. Terrible first impression at Marriott and I am a silver awards member. Parked my car far away from hotel entry because no parking and they charge for WiFi which should be free!! Will not stay there again
