I absolutely had a great experience here. I made reservations with another fancy hotel that was going to charge me a lot more, was treated poorly over the phone, and so I canceled and decided to go with Pea Soup Andersen’s Inn instead. It may not be luxury but I had everything I needed. My room was one that had an electric stove, mini coffee maker, dish washer, pots and pans, dishes, utensils etc, and refrigerator which I didn’t expect when I booked the reservation. The rooms were large enough, clean, and comfortable. Quiet. Kid friendly. Could use a mirror in the bedroom and maybe the hallway. My room had a patio in the back. The pool was very clean and they place a cover over it at night to help keep it warm. They had a fire pit, tiny mini golf and sandbag toss for kids and adults. The continental breakfast was decent. I cooked my hot breakfast or ate out. Coffee, decent. The shampoo was okay. It’s better to bring your own if you want. The gas station is right next to it so you can just walk there if you needed snacks and things or drive up for gas. Easy parking!! Enough for everyone. Near the freeway. There was a couple of small water bugs in the front but were small and slow moving which means they must have the place treated somehow. Lots of food places nearby, grocery store 2 minutes away. Staff is super friendly. To me it was like having my simple mini air bnb. Not fancy but very convenient without the b.s. For my minor complaint, I’ll rate it 4.8/5 stars. 😊

The room was in okay condition. Too much furniture in a small room. The staff was courteous however the front desk lady was very rude. She didn't welcomed us nor any sort of greetings. When asked for an early check-in her response was not comforting at all. I think she should be working behind the desk instead of dealing with customers.
