I road trip a lot so I am in a lot of motels. They all have issues: bad parking, too loud, too dark, not enough outlets, too hot/too cold, bad internet, lousy water pressure. This place had NONE of those issues. It was truly all good. (And yeah I am kinda picky. :-)

Hotel is very dated. Room was okay but also really shows its age-very bare bones. Despite requiring a parking pass to park in their lot there actually were no spots available when we returned from our night out. Checkout is 11am but if you are on the bottom floor and the room above you checks out early, prepare to hear housekeeping loudly ripping apart that room to clean. We wore earplugs to sleep but they were loud enough that we were awakened before 9am as they began their clean. Despite being budget friendly ($275/night), I would not return.

The place was solid for the price and convenience for why I stayed there this weekend. Only minor concern was the door needs to be pulled hard or pushed to securely close the door. I had my bicycle in the room and after going to dinner with my parents, I walked to the room to find the door open. Luckily the Oasis Inn is fairly safe and my bicycle along with other valuables were untouched. Other than this concern regarding the door, my stay was great. Would come back! Just a different room and door 😅
