Motel looks new or recently renovated. Rooms were very clean, everything worked and was in good condition. Nice front desk and housekeeping staff. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Nice, quiet area, we all slept well!

Parking was ample and convenient. Only 1 ice machine at the front of the motel. Not convenient when you are placed at the back of the motel. Otherwise, it was only about 5 min from the Avocado Festival.
