Hair in bath tub. Toilet bowl filthy. Faucet in tub running not leaking. Headboard full of greasy hand prints.When I reported this, I was told someone would come in the next afternoon. Never happened. On check out, I was told the “it’s only water” by the front desk in regards to the running water.. Then was told I “don’t need to stay there.” She is right. Never again are you?!

I was just there for the night, 7 hour drive to go to my grandson’s soccer at 8 a.m. Saturday. It met the need. The staff were very nice and lots of nearby shopping and food choices, without going to Solvang.

Good , but no Heat

Stay was as expected. Clean, ready, surprised there wasnt any toiletries. However, the room 113 didnt have Heat on. A cold fall night with 48 degree low. A bit of a damper on my stay. Slept in pants and sweatshirt under the blankets. Heaters are dated and need replacement. Appear to be from the 80s or older.

I have stayed here many times and it has always been very enjoyable. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located to whatever you need. Yes, it's a small town but you're in the heart of it... And Solvang is a quick 2 and a half mile drive. I highly recommend this motel!

Definitely could use a remodle but for a older hotel it smelled really nice was as clean as a older place could be staff was nice water pressure was amazing.
