The hotel needs updating! No elevators so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Walls in bathroom had cracks, there were no travel size complimentary items. Had a room on second floor and the staff at front desk said if you need to use an iron and ironing board you can always come down to get it from the check-in counter. That was a no! No hair dryer or mini fridge either. The bedding was cheap and there were rolled up used socks under one of the bed bases from a past guess. Good job housekeeping. They have an ice machine a microwave and a vending machine downstairs in a room by the check in counter. Honestly this was a last resort since we booked late and with Valentine’s Day that weekend and Presidents Day that Monday, everything was sold out. I gave two stars for this review since the staff at check in was friendly and the location was nice. If given the choice I would not stay here again.

The room was clean, but they need to take care of their bathroom. The knob was not in the tub is out of it and the toilet has a lot of calcium buildup and there was a cockroach on the table. I know it was raining hard so we weren’t able to go through the front door because it was broken I guess and water must’ve been leaking so it wasn’t a great experience but at least we had a place to stay.

I accidentally left my brand new phone at the hotel I was called the same day we checked out but I was already back in Lompoc and needed to get to work so I couldn't go back. I got busy with school and work and wasn't able to get back there. I called on 2/5/26 when I had a chance to go back. I called just to make sure they still hady brand new phone but when I called o was told that they did not havey phone and had no idea what I was talking about. I told them that the lady manager called me about my phone and I wasn't able to get back till then. Spoke to the general manager and he informed me that he didn't know what I was talking about eather. I told them that phones don't just disappear and someone has my phone he told me to call the police. So I did and the officer informed me that the general manager did know what I was talking about and the "disposed" of my brand new phone.i asked them what was I supposed to do and I was told to take them to court. So my suggestion to anyone that stays there is to make sure you have everything you need or want because if you leave anything that is worth any amount of money the might just "disposed" of it for you. Which I highly dought they did it was a brand new phone that wasn't even 3 days old. I mean who would dosose of something like that? Probably ended up in someone s pocket instead. Im actually willing to bet it did.
