Property is fairly nice but there were many issues during our stay. For one, they offer an upgrade to a room with a balcony however, it’s hardly a balcony extending a mere 4 inches. Our room was over an alley where trash trucks and constant filling of trash bins wasn’t a pleasant way to wake up. Restaurant on property was sub par as well. Rooftop pool is nice but quite small and overcrowded.

Lady outside screamed from 3 am to 4am. Non-stop and I know she was a homeless person and that is not Kimpton's responsibility but it was alarming.
