Room was very small for two people and two dogs. The hotel was very nice other than that. Cute patio outside the room helped make up for the small size of the room. Staff was awesome and you can't beat the location..

My wife and I stayed here while in town for my brother’s wedding. The location was amazing, lots of great restaurants in the area, very close to the beach, and a very walkable area. We were initially placed in a wheelchair accessible room. During my first shower, the water went into the whole bathroom and started into the bedroom. The staff was nice enough to place us in a different room. The facilities and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was hair throughout the shower in our new room, the tv remote batteries were low, the lights in the bathroom went out. The staff was notified but the lights were out in the bathroom almost the whole time we were there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with luggage and details about the area.

The noise in this hotel is unbearable. The building was apparently not build with insulation or noise control in mind. We had to move rooms to go to the second floor because of how loud the people were above us just simply walking around. The cleaning crew woke you up because every move they made felt like they were cleaning the room you were sleeping in. People talking in their rooms or in the hallway were so loud you felt like they were in their room. The noise from the train and street outside were loud enough to keep you up at night. Although it was a great location in the funk zone and had some nice amenities, we will never stay there again.
