Really nice stay! Modern and very clean. I love how close we were to everything. Walking distance to shops, the harbor and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and the communication was excellent! We will definitely go back.

A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand.

This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise level so not the best for light sleepers or if you plan on hanging out indoors for a while (thin walls, train station nearby blaring their horn whenever they come).

The place was spotless. Clean, quiet. Only thing was the first night, we had difficulties sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable. We we sinking in. We didn't check the bed out until the next morning. The box spring was placed the wrong side up. We managed to fix the problem ourselves. We did contact customer service to let them know.

Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would answer any questions right away. Loved the place had a parking space which was great. It is at walking distance from the beach. Place was clean and well organized.

Casa Yano is een leuk klein schalig appartementen complex. Wij hadden app 3. Dat had 1 slaapkamer met een goed bed (king size) en een slaapbank in de woonkamer (queen size). De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er stond zelfs nog koffie om te kunnen zetten en pakken water in de koelkast. Keuken was heel netjes en schoon. Eettafel met 4 stoelen en badkamer was keurig en schoon. Er lagen veel spullen om je van alle gemakken te voorzien, tandenborstel en tandpasta, sloffen, make up reinigingsdoekjes en oordoppen. Parkeren is goed en makkelijk op eigen terrein. Locatie is super. 5 min lopen naar de haven en 5-8 min lopen naar de funk zone met allerlei leuke eet en drinkgelegenheden. Wel even rekening houden met een trein die luid toeterend bij elke overgang langs gaat. Maar de frequentie valt heel erg mee en die zul je overal horen in SB aan de kust. Als met al hebben wij een super verblijf gehad. Communicatie met eigenaar verloopt geheel via text messages en email. Er is geen host of receptie aanwezig. Maar ook deze communicatie was vlot, duidelijk en super vriendelijk
