Have stayed at Blue Iguana a couple times and it is consistently clean and comfortable. Located a few minutes from the Main Street in town, Blue Iguana has a solid pool and jacuzzi area and is often affordable compared to other Ojai hotels.

the Blue Iguana is a mini five star resort. The room is stunning and charming. I slept fantastically. This is a quiet part of town, too. I didn’t use the pool but everyone else looked very pleased. I’ll be back, many times.
